Dear Gunther:
I'm writing to let you know the Ark arrived yesterday (Wednesday 17th
May) and I'm absolutely delighted with it. I love the detail of the
individually carved male and female animals and the list of woods
used. It is a very attractive present indeed and I'm quite reluctant
to hand it over to my 9-month old nephew! Of course he won't be playing
with (or even touching it) for some time, but it will make a beautiful
christening present and I hope something that he will treasure for
years to come.
Thank you so much for the trouble you went to in sending the Ark so
promptly. I'm impressed with the d elivery service (on both sides
of the Atlantic) - just 8 days door to door.
Internet shopping certainly makes the world a smaller place. Thank
you once again.

The animals arrived yesterday (very quick shipping) and they are even
more delightful than I had hoped. I have told my sister (mother of
the child who is to receive these) to look up your website. I'm hoping
that she'll want to complete the set. If not, I will for his birthday
next year!
I come from a wood-oriented family (brother and uncle are both foresters),
and I would be interested to know what woods you used for the animals.
Some I think I recognize (mahogany hippos? cherry elephants?) but
the rest are unfamiliar.

I ordered several of your toys this season including the heirloom
Noah's Ark and the Nativity set, and they are just wonderful.
I am writing to ask you if it is possible to purchase just the donkey
and camel from the Nativity set. Somehow, we have managed to lose
the donkey and have broken the head off the camel and my daughter
is upset.
Please let me know if this is possible and what the prices would be.
